HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER Found an item at Eqlipses that you absolutely must have? Great!
- Select a color and/or size, then click 'Add to Shopping Cart'.
- Continue shopping or view your cart by clicking the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right. Note: Items in your cart are not reserved.
- Finished shopping? Click the 'shopping bag icon' to review your items. Adjust quantities if needed, then click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
- Fill in your details on the checkout page.
Note: Once you complete your order, it cannot be changed, as it is processed immediately to ensure prompt delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS Eqlipses covers the shipping costs. You do not pay any shipping fees.* *You will need to pay for shipping if you return an item.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY Yes, all items are sent with Track & Trace. You will receive a link via email to follow your order status once it has been shipped. Note that it may take some time for the Track & Trace status to be available.
DELIVERY TIMES Eqlipses strives for quick delivery. Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 PM are processed the same day. Many items ship directly from our suppliers, with an average delivery time of 10-15 working days.
MISSED DELIVERY If you are not home during delivery, your package will wait for you for 7 days at a Purolator, DHL Express, and J.B. Hunt servicepoint. You will receive a notification with the pick-up location. After 7 days, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
WRONG ADDRESS It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect address. We expedite processing and shipping, so there is only a small window to correct mistakes.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates delivery, but you have not received your order, please report it. An investigation by Purolator, DHL Express, and J.B. Hunt will start 14 days after the indicated delivery date, and we will keep you informed until it concludes.
